B.) You’re one of two writers working on a script for a big budget film. The other writer is an ego maniac and hates all of your ideas.

If I was one of the writers writing on a big budget film script; and the other writer that was working with me was an ego maniac, and hated all of my ideas, and wouldn’t take my thoughts into perspective. My first reaction would be to yell at this person and tell them what an awful person they are and how they need to get over themselves, but I know that, that won’t solve anything so I guess in this situation I would comfort the other writer and probably tell him calmly. Hey look we are a team, we are working on one piece not two, so if we want this script to be a master piece we need to compromise and find out what we are going to do next. I would also tell him to try and listen to my ideas that he doesn’t have to be so over powering, that I like his ideas it just he or she needs to listen to mine as well. And if he wanted to get somewhere in this industry he was going to have to learn to work with a team. There is no I in team. And we need to work together as a team and make sacrifices to make this film the best film ever. Lets win this award!
