When I heard this topic the first song that came to mind was “The Circle of Life” in the motion picture Lion King. Now I know this is a kid movie and its in animation, but I feel it is one of the greatest animations that has been made. In the movie there are several songs that go along with the theme for each scene of the movie. But my favorite one is in the beginning of the movie. Let me paint the picture for you; it starts off with all the animals in Africa eating and minding their own business. Then the word spread all around about the new addition to the Lion King family. The have made a new king of the land and his name was Simba. While all this was happening the song Circle of Life is playing in the background. The next scene in the movie is all the animals coming to the () rock, to greet their new king, and bless him in some form. The song Circle of life is still playing and gets louder towards the end of the scene and then slowly stops and all of the animals make lots of noise with cheers followed by animal noise. The song demonstrates life being born, families coming together, and life being calm and still. That whole part in the movie gets me every time and I begin to choke up a little and even cry some, its just amazing for being the first thing you see in the whole movie.
