Professionalism Blog

When I heard this topic about someone who I have encountered being unprofessional. I immediately think back to my time at working at Crispers in Fort Myers, Florida. My managers that were there were very unprofessional. One in particular was Mickey; she was very how can I put this horny corn dogs. He would sexually pursue the girls who worked for him. He had a hard time hiring people to work there because of the bad reps that they had established. Also they only wanted to hire girls it seemed like and they were always pretty. Now when they hired me they were really nice guys didn’t say or do anything to me; they were just really helpful. I thought they were just trying to be nice but I soon realized that they believe very strongly in karma. They wanted me to do things that were very unprofessional on their parts. After a year of putting up with them, and watching them move on from girl to girl, and seeing them cheat after cheat on their wives; I quit. And I also told my mom and corporate about them, filed a lawsuit, and got them fired instantly. Now they place is burning down in business, no one wants to go there and eat. I wonder why. It is good to be professional at all times it could risk your future and your business.
